The staff were very approachable and very helpful.

We love DFS for quality
We bought our last sofa there and had a great experience.
We did buy again but we found the staff to be distracted and quite rude when asked questions about their product.
Not very friendly to say the least.

Plenty of good car parking.
Staff were welcoming but not pushy.
Attractive store displays and effective layout.
When help was required staff members were helpful, efficient and informative.

No problem with purchase, salesman very friendly and helpful.

Comfortable and friendly. Advice on hand when required and good choice of items.

Fantastic experience regarding dealings in the past with a different company. Nothing was to much trouble everything was explained with our purchase from Barry at brigg store. We never felt obligated to buy no pressure very happy and professional. Also the item we purchased came down the next day 300 in there sale and they price matched it and honoured us the difference

Over many years I have bought lounge furniture from from dfs and their attitude has never changed, they leave you in peace to look around ( no pushy sales talk) so when you need a sales person just look stick your hand in the air and wave at them and they will come to you and answer any questions you have.
Oh yes and the quality of the furniture is very good. MB.

DFS Brilliant from picking the sofas to having deluvered. Got to say the 2 delievery lads were perfect and such good attiutdes

We were going to order online but instead decided that it would be better to talk to an expert face to face. We knew what we wanted but it's always more personal if you have someone who knows what they are doing to talk to. We found just that person at DFS in Brigg. The showroom was only a 35 minutes drive away and we were greeted with quite a few very cheery "good mornings" as we entered which was nice. We spoke with one of the sales team (Colin) who was so helpful in getting our requirements right, there was no "pushy" sales patter it was all "take your time" and "are you sure" all in all a very welcomed and pleasant experience.
Our order complete Colin explained what the process was up to and including delivery. Then a second member of staff came and double checked our order with us before we went ahead and paid (we were offered the 0% interest free option but we decided against it). The cherry on the cake was on top of the savings in the current sale Colin also made us aware of a further discount on the DFS spend and save offer which gave us a further £200 saving, Happy days!
What an experience from start to finish 10/10 DFS and especially Colin a true top bloke

We made 3 visits to the store and saw Dean on every visit
Dean made us very welcome and had alot off time for us as customers
He is very through about his job and explained everything from start to finish
