Outstanding service, great customer service and went above and beyond for us as customers. Honestly would say I’d recommend this store in particular to anyone. George went out of his way to secure a purchase that has an unusual meaning to us - and made an excellent cup of tea!

I walked in they said hi and left me to look around, I was asked if I needed help I declined and was left to walk about some more, once I decided what I wanted I asked for help the lady was helpfull not pushy clear with what you offered and very kind my last sofa I had from you over 18yrs ago. first thing to mention the location of DFS cannock is realy good the car park is excellent as is the shop and layout , the staff are good and not pushy , there is a realy good range of furniture to suit a broad range of budgets, Natalie was superb
