Great customer service from Tracy
Tracy@cannock store was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. She was very pleasant. Quickly said hello and left us to browse at our leisure. I would definitely recommend anyone looking to buy at this store to speak to her. Excellent customer care.

New Sofa
We recently bought a new sofa from DFS Cannock and had a fantastic experience. Tracey was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was so friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable, taking the time to help us find the perfect sofa without any pressure.
