The sales person was very helpful, and spent time explaining things and answering our questions

The customer service was brilliant,the staff member was very knowledgeable, polite and went through all the details of the order very thoroughly, the care of my order and all the details that cover any accidents that can happen, which gave me satisfaction that I was getting everything covered.

Staff were very helpful and gave a great service.

The store was very busy when we arrived and despite there being only 2 members of staff on the floor, the lady that helped us was calm and helpful. She apologised for the wait and still took the time to talk me through the whole process.

Carrie the assistant in the Cheltenham branch was very helpful, offering different options that would suit me when I told her what I was looking for.

ORDER 26ZGF1755. my new Sofa arrived and was faulty. I asked for this to be rectified and DFS agreed to send a technician to repair the sofa. The repair was worse than the original fault, as now the material seam was splitting open. I contacted DFS again and informed them that this all took place within the 30 days of delivery, and I would like the faulty unit replacing. This request was refused and I was told they must try to repair it again.

I outlined in an email how DFS were breaching the 2017 Consumer Rights Act, and they should offer a replacement after 1 failed repair. I informed them this was a breach of UK consumer law, and the law overrides their internal policies. I was told this was my only option and they will not deviate from their policy, which is a clear breach of the law.

The level of customer service I have experienced was awful and absolutely robotic, in which staff had no level of discretion and refused to pass any of my complaints to a higher level of management. I have spent £5000.00 on this product and I will never go to DFS again, as they will not comply with what is a basic consumer right written in law.

Very helpful gentleman, explained about the chair I was buying. So impressed with the range of DFS furniture. First time I have ever walked into first shop I came to and first chair I looked at. and
Brilliant.

We were allowed to browse without hindrance and easily found a sales representative when ready to purchase. Carrie was very helpful and patient and there was no sense of being rushed despite the fact that the showroom was quite busy. It was an altogether unstressful process and we were provided with all our options in a straightforward way. Thank you DFS!

We went in to browse and ended up buying a new sofa :D We spent the best part of 45 minutes with a member or staff at the Cheltenham store called Carrie who was nothing short of amazing! Carrie was so knowledgeable, kind and excelled in every single aspect. We felt like royalty buying a new sofa! :)

Carrie made us aware that in fact it’s only been 2 months since starting her position and I thought the complete opposite, her attitude and skills talking to customers you would think Carrie had been there for years!

Fantastic start to the weekend. Can’t wait for the next 11 weeks to fly by and sit on our new sofa!

We were served by Carrie who was extremely friendly and took time to understand our requirements, despite only being in the job for a month Carrie knew the products and options well and was able to advise on our decisions.
