Excellent service
I was very clear on what I wanted and spoke with a young manager who explained and took her time with helping me choose all options were explained however no pushy sales techniques which I appreciated. The process was checked by two members and that was efficient. All staff were present and worked like a team

I am really happy with my experience in your showroom today. Staff were very helpful and friendly. They answered every question I asked about my purchase in a very friendly and honest way.
I felt welcomed in a warm and friendly way. I was even offered a cup of tea which was very nice.

A relaxing, non-pressured experience!
We were very impressed with the choice of furniture & cost but felt really comfortable, browsing at our own pace. Dominic was exceptionally good, giving us plenty of advice (& patience!) when needed but also allowing us to look round and discuss things on our own. We're now looking forward to our chairs being delivered.
