We were greeted with a lovely young man called Dominic.. So Very helpful in every way..

Was made to feel welcome was not pushy and explained everything well gave me space to look around and make my decision on my own. When it came to making my order everything was extremely easy and explained well.

Was looked after splendidly, was a kind person who brews a nice chocolate and coffee lol.
Was very knowledgeable and thorough.
Was a pleasure buying a corner suite.

While I already knew the sofa I wanted, Courtney at the Derby Meteor store was a massive help with my purchase. He took the time to run through the best layout possible and answered all my questions prior to purchase. Massive thanks.

My experience as normal with Sunny at Derby Meteor centre DFS amazing. I have been coming here for about 20 years now and have I had Sunny do my order or the manager Michael and have always had a professional experience with either of them and will not go anywhere else to order my Furniture. Thank you both as always 10/10.

Great selection of Sofas, the lady that dealt with us was very informative, helpful and understood our needs with no pressure, showed us so many different options of colours, style and material. Took us 3 trips but have finally decided to go for 2 x 3 seater Sofas

Amazing staff, very helpful

Staff will ask if you need help and if you don't they leave you to browse at leisure . They are very pleasant and easy to talk to and make you feel comfortable would recommend to others .

We had a fantastic experience at DFS thanks to Anne Marie. She was incredibly friendly, professional and patient throughout the entire process. She took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and offered helpful advice.
Anne Marie went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and her excellent customer service truly stood out. She is a credit to DFS, I would highly recommend asking for her if you visit the store.

I had a most memorable experience at dfs today. I received a warm welcome by Courtney ( sorry if I misspelled the name) He was absolutely fabulous. He took his time to explain things to me in detailed and friendly manner whilst offering me different options to choose from and was very patient even though I changed my mind a couple of times.

The furnitures are absolutely perfect and credit options was great.
