Particulary happy with Jasons customer service and interaction on the purchase

Friendly and helpful staff

Jason served me. He made the transaction very easy. Explained everything so I knew exactly how the finance and timeline worked. Very happy

I thought the staff were excellent, just left to browse without feeling pressured in anyway. They were very informative when our decision had been made . I often do not feel relaxed when staff are working in this type of establishment. Overall enjoyed the shopping experience

Furniture quite straightforward.
Helpful & honest knowledge of products. Did not feel under pressure to buy. Full explanation of other benefits such as stain protection covering on sofa & chair.

Gary was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful and seemed to know exactly what we were looking for even though we didn't do that

Our sales associate Tanya at the Eastbourne store was great explained everything really well we were in a rush but she still accommodated to us and done everything amazingly we got the Orka sofa in silver and can’t wait for it to be delivered!

These two men turned up and had no idea how to put tge chairs together so much so I put one together myself and helped them with the other one ..they said they had very limited training .I was happy to help but more training should be given as this wasn't there fault

From start to finish as we entered into DFS Eastbourne we were not pounced on, as we found in other places, but left to take our time with looking at the many sofas & chairs. As it's a large purchase for many years so you need to be able to take your time. Eventually when we needed to ask a question Jason was there, friendly very happy & positive too & didn't push us to make a quick decision. His knowledge of all the different products helped us to make an informed & right decision. Right from our store experience in April to finally getting our sofa & chairs our experience has been excellent. Customer service is brilliant to whether you contact them on the phone or on live chat. Jason after we purchased our suite offered to pop by & check something out after the delivery drivers pointed something out.. Because of the professional care we've had from start to finish, we are really pleased with our purchase. Thank you!
