We had a great experience thanks to Billy. He introduced himself straight away, made us feel welcome, and then gave us the time and space to browse for our sofa without any pressure. When we needed advice, he was there to help, and his recommendations were brilliant. He made some great points that really helped us think about what would work best for us. Friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout. Excellent customer service – thanks, Billy!
