David was extremely helpful when we visited DFS, he was patient in showing us all the colour options and size variations / designs of various sofa models.

The young man who served me was very attentive and informative. I happily bought all the products he recommended. I feel awful that I forgot his name!

10/10 staff! All so friendly! They did everything to meet our needs. We couldn’t be happier with our experience at DFS farnborough.

Ben at the Farnborough Store was super accommodating to myself and my partner. He was very approachable, welcomed us into the store. We were set on the Orka sofa and he made the process of buying our first sofa an easy and smooth experience. Dfs should be proud to have a member of staff like him.

The staff and customer service level was excellent throughout

We visited DFS Farnborough, we were welcomed by a a young guy called Bill. We explained what we were looking for and he pointed out where we should look. We thought we had found roughly what we were looking for, so asked Bill for more info on them. However Bill showed us a new sofa that had just been launch 4 days previously and it was exactly what we were looking for. He was polite, funny, knowledgeable on all the items we asked about and very professional customer service at it's best.

I recently visited your Farnborough store and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service I received. The staff were welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help customers.
In particular, I believe the female member of staff who assisted me was named Sylvia. She was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout my visit. Her knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile made for a very positive experience.
Please pass on my thanks and appreciation to Sylvia and the rest of the team for providing such outstanding customer service.

Good choice of sofas, priced competitively & decent sales service. Throw in interest free credit - easy to do business with.

The guy who sold to us, was very friendly and helpful, especially showing us the different configurations on the large screen.

I was left to look around and take my time in choosing a settee in peace when I did want help the staff were very friendly and helpful explaining everything to me

Ben at the Farnborough store was fantastic. Straight to the point, no pressure selling, kind & knowledgable . We loved the sofa design & looking forward to receiving it .

The showroom was pristine, lovely and cool.
We weren’t approached by anyone until we’d tried a few sofas which we found refreshing.
No one likes to be hounded the moment they walk through the door.
The salesperson Billy was helpful, approachable and professional along with friendly.
Of course we bought a sofa and for more than we’d anticipated spending!

Ben, who served us, was so helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble, he was kind to our ch listen and has supported us in creating a bundle that will be perfect for our living room.
