Paul sales man was very helpful explaining everything about sofas we chose

We came to the store in Gateshead metro for a sofa which we saw online we weren’t pounced on as soon as we walked in just left to browse we had to ask for assistance which we preferred,the gentleman who helped us we amazing explained everything the best experience of buying furniture ever

From the moment we stepped over the threshold we were made very welcome. One of the assistants even remembered me from 7 months ago.

We had such a fantastic experience at DFS, thanks to Rachel. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, taking the time to understand exactly what we were looking for without ever making us feel rushed or pressured.

Rachel went above and beyond to help us find our dream sofa, offering great advice and making the whole process easy and enjoyable. Her excellent customer service really stood out, and we couldn’t be happier with our purchase.

DFS Consultant knew the product/sofa well when asked about dimensions etc. While we were probably quite an easy sell, her overall demeanour made the experience simple and stress free. Listened to what we wanted and needed having two toddlers to consider.
