Effortless sofa purchase

Matt and the team made the whole visit very pleasant indeed, everything was explained to us in detail, we had several choices but settled exactly for what we wanted, every member of staff was very helpful indeed, i would fully recommend a visit to this branch for all furniture requirements. They all had a pleasant attitude and a smile, that made a lot of difference to us. thank you.

DFS respectful and Professional service
We were left to browse without being hassled constantly but were made aware that help and advice were available at any time.
When we were ready to discuss models and features Thomas (Tom) was very helpful without being too pushy.
We were very pleased with how he explained everything and answered any questions we asked.
We enjoyed the shopping experience at DFS and are looking forward to receiving a Professional service going forward and a great product to relax on.

Excellent service from Matt (Mathew) @ the Giltbrook Store . He managed to get the scatter cushions made for us in a more suitable colour for our colour scheme. One set came in the wrong colour but this was soon rectified.
