Welcoming, attentive service without being overpowering or off-putting. Allowed us to take our time with choosing without being bothered and when we were ready, made the whole process straight-forward and easy. Tried a few stores before DFS but found what was needed here.

We were treated with extreme professionalism. No pushy sales, help and advise was so genuine. Becky was so helpful and professional. She was extremely friendly in all aspects of th sale.

Buying the furniture was made easier because of the knowledge and information provided by the sales person

My wife and I were looking for a 2 seater sofa. The showroom was quite large with a wide variety of furniture. After a few minutes, an advisor, P71 - Bob approached us and soon put us at our ease. He was very knowledgeable about their furniture, payment and delivery options and it was a pleasure talking to him.

We came back to DFS due to the service we had previously & how easy the purchase process is around the 0% interest payments', although Kelly was first class & a great credit to DFS, therefore making the purchase on this occasion even better, very knowledgeable.

The sales person was amazing answered all my questions and gave me exactly what I wanted

At DFS, we went there to look at mattresses. And expected to spend all day looking all over at them to be honest. But as we layed on every mattress in DFS we found the one within 40 mins. We wasn't pressured by any sales people which for us fantastic as we hate it, and when we was ready we went to ask a sales person a few questions about our sleeping styles and he said we had picked a good one for that. And further more we looked at the reviews and since I have fibromyalgia it was a particularly good one for helping with that too. So a really good day picking a mattress at a decent price, a Rylee Pillowtop at £699 fabulous we cant wait till we get it.

Kelly was fantastic and very informative. I wasn’t going to buy anything I just came in for a look. Kelly came over and was very patient with all of my questions. I have never bought a couch before but she showed me affordable options in the style I wanted. I went in for nothing and ended up purchasing a couch, a chair and a coffee table either I am easily convinced or Kelly is excellent at her job. Personally I would go with the latter.
