Jess was friendly and helpful, she was on hand for advice and showed us different features of the sofa's, she didn't rush us and she wasn't pushy, she was generally just lovely to deal with.

Kim was very helpful throughout the experience. She asked when we first went in to the store what we had in mind etc and provided all the information we needed

The staff at Haverfordwest were very good, particularly Steve.
I did have difficulties trying to get in touch with him again as there wasn’t a way to speak to him personally. Eventually after much frustration the person I had spoken to in your central department arranged for him to call me as I don’t live near your store and couldn’t get in before the weekend.

Very friendly and helpful with a good sense of humour. If I was to buy from DFS again I will be requesting Steven as he has good customer skills

Becca was honestly so great, very informative, professional and kind. We went in knowing what we wanted and we got taken care of exactly as expected and then some!

Absolutely fantastic service! We had a Lady called Kim I believe and was absolutely brilliant. Showed us a range of options and talked through the whole process and the various add-on care plans we could have! Would highly recommend going there.

There was a great selection and we were encouraged to sit on them and use the electric recliners.
