Great customer service - Paul was very helpful.

Staff were very friendly and helpful but not overbearing, they gave us room to look around without pestering. Jess was incredibly helpful and very friendly and polite. They also had a great range of different types of sofas whereas other places I have been the sofas were all very similar.

My first big purchasing after getting a flat and everyone I spoke to and talk to were not only help full (sensing it was all over whelming making sure it could get it my flat) but down to earth. They talked me through every detail and even triple checked the process of getting in my flat and coming up with solution. Owen and his supervisor were amazing especially on a very hot bank holiday Monday

I spoke with Gabby one weekend and Chris helped me place my order, both of the team were helpful, firstly helping me to find what I wanted and then giving me full support and instruction upon purchase, I really appreciate the time and service both team members gave to me!

Great experience at DFS Hove - Bev, the customer executive amazing.

Very relaxed atmosphere in store, we were not pestered by sales staff on arrival and were not followed around the store. The sales lady later introduced herself and showed us which sofas met our requirements and explained the types, she left us alone until we had questions about the furniture. She was very understanding when we informed her that we were going to check out other stores nearby.
We returned after checking out 3 other nearby stores and met the same sales lady, we went through the various options with her and she was very understanding when we told her we would go home and measure our room and discuss the options.
We returned a couple of days later and ordered the furniture

Top class customer service from the staff. Zero complaints, everything was explained very clearly and we were very well taken care of. Would recommend this place to anyone!

I could see the sofa I was going to buy and good sized samples of fabrics.
Chris was great talking me through the process and placing my order.

I really do appreciate good customer service and Paul was extremely welcoming and very pleasant to chat with. He gave me a run-down of all the various purchase options and corresponding price points and finance options. He explained the process very clearly and a rather lovely accent chair was purchased within about 10 minutes. Thank you very much.
