Very helpful staff in giving the information I needed to enable in making my decision regarding sofa bed.

Efficient, professional and knowledgeable sales assistant named Carrie.

Greeted as entered store by Jess, asked if we needed help and we said we were just browsing, which for us is great. We were told just ask if we need help. No pressured sales so could have a good look round the store together. Everything explained when we made a decision.

Good customer service explanation was good and made aware of everything available however would have liked the two cushions thrown in for free!!!

The choice of two seater, electric recliner was excellent. Due in no small part to Chris, who was extremely helpful and went into our order thoughouly, without pressure selling. Delighted with the entire experience and good value for money.

No pressure from any of the sale people which was lovely as we could browse without being asked every few minutes if we needed any help !!! Eventually found a sofa we liked and the salesman was very helpful and informative and again no pressure for up
Selling

Update: sofa arrived and one of the delivery guys managed to get dirty hands marks all over one of the sections. When I told them they just handed me a fabric cleaning kit and told me to do it myself if it didn't just brush off!
I contacted customer services as I wanted a replacement section. They won't. Instead they are sending somebody out to clean it in 2 weeks time! 🤦‍♀️

Disliked wandering around the store 3 times in one day and nobody offering to come and help me. Staff sitting around chatting with each other.
Really liked: the girl that served me was absolutely lovely, couldn't do enough for me and apologised.
I understand nobody likes to be followed around the store by staff or pushy sales staff but this was a little too hands off and did not look good with staff chatting every single time I went in.
Otherwise their range of sofas is the best, particularly for modular corner sofas.

Paul was incredibly helpful in helping me figure out if the sofa I wanted would fit into my flat. He was very friendly and ensured that i was making the right decision, and was very informative about the cleaning packages.

The whole experience was very relaxing and friendly. Kerrie was knowledgeable and helpful with all of the questions we had to ask with the ordering process, selecting the correct sofa care package and all of the stages from now until the delivery of the sofa

Came into the store and instantly gabby was on call to help. She was a great help very professional and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Very polite, I was very impressed with the knowledge she had of the store. Was a quick and non stressful experience. 10/10 a real asset.
