Being left alone whilst browsing but knowing the sales team were there if needed. Reece made my first experience of using DFS very positive. He was very helpful, friendly and explained everything very clearly.

2nd visit to the Kettering store today both visits lots help from James even remembered I had already been in by myself and was returning with my husband no sales pressure lots of information on the product we eventually decided to purchase a lovley experience.
