Helpful staff no pressure answered all my questions and went through the options with the sofa and pleased with my purchase. Hopefully delivered this week.

We weren't hassled walking around looking which I really liked. They helped when needed. Good explanation of the furniture (the one we wanted wasn't on show). Got a cuppa whilst waiting and the kids used their massage chairs which kept them entertained!!
My only criticism is that it is quite expensive and the delivery/installation fee is expensive. Think it should be included when spending thousands on a sofa!

Lewis was great, nice and friendly, let us take our time in making our decision and provided us with all the info we needed, thank you!

It was nice to be given helpful information, but to then be left alone to look around the sofas ourselves and in our own time.

All good but it was a shame I couldn’t see the sofa I wanted in the store, however the sales rep showed me a similar item.
The rep explained all information and I was very happy to proceed to buy.

Very welcoming, not overpowering, lift us alone until we needed help. Very helpful and informative, brilliant customer service, would definitely shop here again due to customer service, hope my sofa is as good as the service provided.

I loved it that we were not immediately ambushed by over zealous staff as we entered the store. Lewis came over and told us to take our time having a good look and to call him if we needed any help. He was very helpful and pleasant and answered any questions we had. He is a credit to your store.

Friendly staff all my options were well explained. I new what I wanted so it was a quick in and out.

Although delivery charges with this company appear very high, the assistant dealing with us was very helpful.

The member of staff that dealt with our purchase of a settee is a credit to DFS. He was courteous, informative and pleasant. He made us feel very comfortable, at no point did he try to pressure us.

Josh helped us buying our couch, he was really positive and offered us products that were right for us.

Lewis was great, explained everything in full, we never felt rushed, and he wasn't pushy. Very happy with everything except I think the delivery charge should be free when spending so much money, I understand you should charge for smaller amounts but not for bigger purchases

I bought a new sofa from DFS yesterday, and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. My mum and I spent plenty of time looking around, and we really appreciated that we weren't hassled or pressured at any point.

The young man who helped us (I'm so sorry I can't remember his name!) was absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and made us feel completely at ease. He even offered us a coffee while we were browsing, which was such a lovely touch. He took the time to talk us through all the different options without ever making us feel rushed or pressured into making a decision.

This is exactly how customer service should be. I'd previously bought my last sofa from DFS, and the quality and service are the reasons I came back. After another brilliant experience, I'll always choose DFS for my sofas. Thank you for making the whole process so enjoyable!

The person that we met within store came over as soon as we entered and said his name which im sorry but don't remember. He said to call him if we had any questions ( didn't feel hassled ) went all around the shop ( no hassle) tried several sofas picked what we wanted and colour . Called said gentleman and he came straight away . Answered any questions we had then explained about the extras like delivery, warranty, sliders and aftercare insurance. ( didn't feel pressured) explained all processing procedures. Nice guy new his stuff gave us free delivery and feet . Spent £2800 but got to pick what we wanted with no hassle and fantastic service . Would definitely go to this guy again.
