The service from the staff was very welcoming, charming and polite with no pushy sales pitch. Always used DFS as their sofas, in my opinion are of great quality and competitive price.

Rude and misleading
Sold me faulty sofa and refused to replace it.
Very rude manager dismissed me from the store.
Be very careful with their misleading marketing information.
Do not recommend them at all.

Excellent experience. These are my fifth sets of sofas from DFS!
The Salesman was very helpful, he explained everything about the different choice of leather. Advised on how to look after the furniture. He was very informative.
He was empathetic towards my husband who is disabled and kept him happy with coffee 😊

Great overall purchasing experience.
The salesperson, Ish was helpful and friendly. He listened to our needs and showed us a wide range of options. When we decided to buy he efficiently walked us through the warranty options. A no point did it feel like we were being hard sold.

No sales pressure. All the sraff were very friendly and helpful especially Julie and Matthew. Great toilet, drinks and parking facilities. Above all, the store has a wide selection of quality suites. Highly recommend DFS White City.

I had a great experience at DFS last Saturday, all thanks to Dennis.
From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, helpful, and very easy to talk to. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and guided me through the options without any pressure. Nothing felt rushed, and he made the whole process simple and stress-free.
The purchase went so smoothly from start to finish, and I left feeling really confident in my choice.
