I recently purchased a sofa and had a great experience from start to finish. The quality of the sofa is excellent, exactly what I was looking for, and the whole process was smooth and easy. The salesman was especially helpful, very professional, knowledgeable, and patient while answering all my questions. He made the experience stress-free and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for quality furniture and great customer service.

This afternoon at DFS, near White City, Manchester, I was helped and supported by Faruk, in purchasing a corner sofa.
The experience from the moment he greeted me, to when I left the store almost 2 hours later, was informative and reassuring and I am delighted with my purchase.
Faruk was a brilliant “Salesman” without being oppressive and pushy.
I am very grateful that he was working today, Wednesday 6th May 2026…..tomorrow and Friday, would have been his days off🙏🙏

My reason for giving a top score was I was very impressed with my advisor Julie who greeted us professionally & pleasantly. She made my daughter & I very welcome listened to my request & showed me several sofas when I chose the one I am buying she suggested we sat on the sofa while she made us a coffee consequently we continued & transacted the sale . Well done Julie for treating us will respect & friendliness.
