Experience was very pleasant, we was greeted upon entry into the store by a member of staff who introduced herself to us, explained where the all products are in the store and offered her assistance to help us if we needed it. Thank you Jackie for making our time in your Measham store a pleasant shopping trip.

Helpful and knowledgeable

We had a very positive experience at DFS (Measham). The female sales assistant was very helpful without being intrusive. After an introduction we were left to look around in our own time and when a decision was made to make a purchase the assistant was very helpful and thorough. Thank you.

Friendly welcoming staff. Plenty of choice and local so we didn't have to drive too far. We had looked at lots of sofas in different stores and always had some compromises, but as soon as we saw the sofas in DFS we knew we had found the ones we were going to buy.

Jackie was extremely helpful.a credit to d.f.s would highly recommend.

We recently purchased a three-piece suite from DFS, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. From the moment we walked into the showroom, the staff were welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping us find the perfect suite for our home. There was no pressure to make an immediate decision, which made the whole process relaxed and enjoyable.
The range of styles, colours, and fabrics available was impressive, allowing us to choose a suite that perfectly matched our décor and lifestyle. The sales advisor took the time to explain all the options and answer our questions, ensuring we felt confident in our purchase.

Excellent customer service from Jackie. She listened and gave us the time and space to go around the store without feeling pressured at all. She couldn’t of been more helpful when completing the purchase and really took her time to explain everything.

Louise was polite and professional at all times. Not pushy at all. The procedure was simple and she explained all the details clearly and made sure we understood the agreement.

Under no pressure to buy , stall were very nice

The staff Pete was very helpful with out being pushy gave us all the info we needed, he showed interest it us and what we had to say . Pete let us browse around the shop with out being over our shoulder which which gave us confidence in buying what we wanted in your store.

We were greeted at the door by Jackie, who took us directly to the Patterdale range we had been viewing online. We were then given time to ourselves to look at this range and then the rest of the store. It was only when we returned to the Patterdale, Jackie rejoined us. Jackie was, warm , friendly, knowledgeable and we did not feel pressured in any way. She explained all of our options clearly and was extremely thorough and supportive. Absolutely impeccable service.
