DFS Furniture - Measham レビュー 

We were well looked after by Jackie today in the Measham store. She took the time to listen to what we were looking for, provided sound advice and was extremely friendly. Thank you for making everything so easy!

Under no pressure to buy , stall were very nice

The staff Pete was very helpful with out being pushy gave us all the info we needed, he showed interest it us and what we had to say . Pete let us browse around the shop with out being over our shoulder which which gave us confidence in buying what we wanted in your store.

We were greeted at the door by Jackie, who took us directly to the Patterdale range we had been viewing online. We were then given time to ourselves to look at this range and then the rest of the store. It was only when we returned to the Patterdale, Jackie rejoined us. Jackie was, warm , friendly, knowledgeable and we did not feel pressured in any way. She explained all of our options clearly and was extremely thorough and supportive. Absolutely impeccable service.

The service was outstanding. The lady that served us was so kind and patient. Please thank her on our behalf.
I went to a sofology store in Shirley, i believe part of the same company and the young lady there was very rude unhelpful, therefore I walked out. Such a different experience.

Had a great experience coming in to this DFS.

The company DFS offers good value for money across all home furniture
Tom was of great help in arriving at a decision. The order was straight forward to understand and easy to complete.

Was greeted at the door then left to browse. No pushy salesmen. When the decision was made they were very helpful and friendly, answered all our questions and didn't use high pressure tactics for any extras.
On the whole a very pleasant experience.

Very good range of sofas, well presented. Good offers and very competitively priced. We purchased 2 joules sofas and are very pleased with the quality and comfort, DFS offer a good care solution through guardsman well worth the additional cost. The staff are very helpful and friendly, not invasive and left us to our own choices. Once we had chosen the staff were very engaging and to us everything you would need to know.
