DFS Measham
We had gone in to the store in Measham on Saturday but wanted to think about a purchase, no pressure was put on us. We went back in on Monday and decided to buy the chair we had seen. Met Kate who was very professional who went through our options. Happy customers

Great experience
Walked into the showroom and Jacqui came over to us and pointed out where the different furniture was situated. On choosing our sofa, Jacqui sat down with us and went through all the details with us, from colours, leather thickness sofa care and any extras we may desire. All the staff were friendly and made us feel welcome and at ease from walking in to walking back out. Thank you.

Great service
Great, warm welcome when going to have a look at a sofa we saw online. Katie was knowledgeable, friendly and we ended up placing an order on a different range than planned. This is the 3rd time we have used DFS and would use again.

We're came to measham DFS this morning…
We're came to measham DFS this morning and saw the settee ,it was the first thing we tried and we were sold,we came back in the afternoon and spoke to a very pleasant young lady who has in my opinion excellent customer service skills,she went through the whole process with us and put us at ease ,the settee we bought is a flaxon and also a raveena swivel chair and stool

I had such a fantastic experience in the Measham store today thanks to Jackie, who truly went above and beyond. She not only assisted me with my purchase but also took the time to share some brilliant design ideas for our new sofa collection, which I really appreciated.
Jackie struck the perfect balance between professionalism and personality—she was knowledgeable, attentive, and incredibly helpful, while also bringing a great sense of humour that genuinely lifted my spirits and distracted me from my own worries.
It’s rare to come across someone who makes the whole experience feel so easy and enjoyable. Jackie is an absolute credit, and I couldn’t recommend her highly enough!
