Excellent customer service
The sales lady Marium made us very welcome and was very helpful for us to choose a new settee. We only came in to browse but with her knowledge we managed to find exactly what we were looking for.
It was a great experience and most importantly, we never felt under pressure to make a decision.

Great customer service from Louise
We were greeted by Louise, who was very approachable and helpful. She went out of her way to source photos of an alternatives branches stock, putting our minds at ease. This was much appreciated. She took our order and explained additional care packages and guarantees. We thank her for her help!

Jacqui/Jackie was amazing but maybe get the manager a desk!
Jacqui/Jackie was so wonderful - a really warm welcome and on hand for support but also not overpowering and allowed us our time to look around. So very knowledgable and helpful.
It was a shame a man (maybe the manager) was sat on a sofa having a coffee and a very loud phone call just behind us - didn’t acknowledge us once - made it hard to concentrate and not a good environment - another lady sat next to him to chill too - not the best first impression
Jacqui made it for us - absolutely excellent customer service, thank you

We were served by Marianne
We were served by Marianne, she couldn’t be more helpful. She went above & beyond to help us. Showed us multiple items in the shop and even helped us plan our room layout and suggested different options so that we could have the sofa & cuddler that we’d seen. She sat us down with a coffee so that we could talk through our options and again couldn’t have done more for us. Our experience with her was a 10/10.
