He was extremely patient and helpful throughout our sofa purchase. He took the time to guide us through the different options and clearly explained how we could work out whether the sofa would fit well in our living room.

We visited the store several times, and on each occasion, we specifically preferred to speak with him because of the excellent service he provided. He supported us throughout the entire process, answered all our questions and made sure we were completely happy and confident before making our final purchase decision.

We truly appreciated his professionalism, patience and outstanding customer service.

We recently bought a sofa from DFS Peterborough.

Perry, our sales assistant, was friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. He took the time to explain everything clearly, from the ordering process and delivery right through to how to care for the new sofa. We felt well informed and never under any pressure to make a decision.

Quality furniture

Daniel helped us on the day he was amazing and was really patient and went through everything with us. He helped us choose the best thing for our needs and budget we feel so much more at ease that we’ve made the right choice and super excited to get our sofa delivered. Thank you Dan for all the help we’d definitely recommend to go in store and speak to somebody rather than online.

Sofas are always good but this time I was left feeling very miffed to be charged such an extortionate amount for delivery or to trade it out for their care package, just seems like an absolute con on that part of things and was quite upsetting

It was a very warm early evening when we was in the store, we was offered water, was very welcoming.
Daniel was our advisor he able to help us with our choice of corner sofa. He was able to assist us with a range of packages for finance. Daniel advised us on the care for the sofa, explained the sofacare package. Was discussing how the sofa can be delivered , discussing door ways room size. Daniel is very friendly, welcoming and knew everything to advise us. Im yet to have my sofa delivered. Im looking forward to my new sofa.

Great service very helpful

My sales adviser was very patient and friendly. She helped me decide on colour and was very knowledgeable on the products.
It was extremely hot in the showroom. There is no air conditioning. She made sure I had plenty of water to drink.
DFS should install air con!

Dan was very helpful and friendly. He was very patient with me and my young child when going through the ordering process and explaining everything thoroughly.

Ben was delightful and calm and not pushy but still managed to sell us the extras. Insurance and we came away financially poorer but happy. A great sales person.

Served by Chloe at Peterborough DFS and give her a 10 for customer service. She made me feel comfortable and gave me time to look at options to choose before making my purchase. Everything was well explained. Enjoyable experience. The only downside is no air conditioning in the store which was a struggle when walking about looking at options. Definitely need some sort of cooling system in there!
