On entering the store I was greeted by a young man called Ben, very welcoming offered assistance if required, knew immediately the product I was looking for, he directed me to my dream chair and wow, exactly what I had seen online fabulous, we spent quite sometime in store, pondering about my special chair, Ben made us a coffee ☕️, fabulous experience, x

Friendly, informative and polite staff. No pressure selling. Great choice of furniture ranges. Clean, well presented store.

Great visit to DFS today; Showroom is light and airy with a good selection of furniture and best of all we weren’t pounced on the moment we walked through the door or harassed all the way round.
We got great service from Perry and ordered a couple of new sofas.

We were served by Perry, who was very courteous, polite and knowledgeable about the suite that we had selected. He helped us when deciding what colour suite to choose and did not pressure us in making our selection and time was not an issue with him. He talked us through the options of Safeguard etc. and the payment options which we discussed and tailored to suit our needs. We would not hesitate to recommend anyone, given the experience that we received.

However, felt a little misled by the ‘deal’ on offer for the Livie 3 and 2 sofas. Quoted as a special price for the two of £1280( or similar) but offer not available on foam cushion version and the advertised price of £699 was now £799 for the 3 seater. All in I ended up with additional £500 approx with a delivery charge of £120!
I guess I’m happy in the end with the service but there seemed a lot of extras on the day.

She took the time to answer all of our questions and made the whole process easy and stress-free. We never felt rushed and received excellent customer service throughout. A real credit to the team. Found just what I needed, price was good

A great buying, relaxed buying experience. Our genuinely helpful sales assistant Perry made our morning; Informative and not pushy, he was a diamond. After the purchase, we even remained a while longer and chatted to Perry in general, feeling very comfortable and at ease.
