The lady was fantastic

We were greeted at the door by a lovely man called Denzel. He told us the layout of the shop and where we could find what we were looking for.
On picking our sofa Denzel was there again to take us through the sales process. What a top man! So pleasant and easy to talk to. Thank you Denzel!

What was really great was that you got time to look around without being hounded by sales people. We had visited a few other well known sofa stores before hand and was put off by sales people showing us sofas that they wanted to sell rather than what we needed. We were acknowledged and asked if we needed help and left to explore at our own pace until we wanted them.

If anyone was going to go to DFS at Preston Docks they should definitely speak to him, lovely guy.

Fantastic service from Zayd. Great support and advice throughout the hour we spent reviewing our options on a corner suite and bed settee from which we purchased both. Also helped with different cushion options from other suite ranges.

From going into the store and coming out it was exceptional service. Not pushy at all. They explained everything clearly and made our purchase straightforward. Would not hesitate to use DFS again, very attentive.

A great experience with the salesman who helped us. He let us know that he was there and left us to browse at our own pace and was not pushy. He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

We where given time to stroll round the store to have a look without being pounced on. We where then approached be Mo. One of the sales advisers. He was very polite helpful and informative. He was happy to indulge us going back and forth from one to another sofas. He gave us good advise and information about both. He went to get a measure to help us with sizes. We felt comfortable and relaxed .. Great shopping experience.

We were welcomed and your Preston store by Denzel . Who actually ran over to open the doors for us . Which was a nice touch . Very pleasant employee. We didn’t feel hassled or rushed . Once we found sofa we wanted we called Denzel back who was only to thrilled to help . Order placed and delivery on 12 weeks

Ibi was very helpful. He offered assistance as soon as we entered the store and showed us the sofa’s which most fitted our needs. He left us to look around and wasn’t at all pushy. He was friendly and knowledgeable and helped us reach a final decision
