I had a great experience with Caroline…
I had a great experience with Caroline Watkins. She was very helpful, patience and supportive in her service to me and my husband in the Gallows Corner, Romford store. She is the most understanding and professional customer sales/support person I have met in a furniture store in quite a while.

Friendly Service
The woman who served us was very friendly and helpful. We popped into store a couple of days before we purchased our furniture and we were warmly greeted. The same person dealt with our sale today, she was professional and helpful.
