Josh was super helpful in giving us all the key information regarding all aspects of our purchase and was so enthusiastic about the product! He was not too pressuring when we entered the store but was on hand to help when we needed him! Very knowledgable and a great seller!

We had an incredible experience this afternoon. Unfortunately, I can’t remember the salesperson’s name, but he listened carefully to exactly what we were looking for and helped us find the perfect sofa for our new home.
He was informative, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and polite throughout. Nothing felt rushed, and his excellent customer service made the whole experience enjoyable. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase and would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality furniture and outstanding service.

Friendly talk with excellent service team

I went with my 85 year old Mother to buy two chairs to replace the sofa that her belated husband died on. That was back in November 2025. The chairs were delivered on 18th of February 2026, and the drivers put the legs on. After the drivers departed, we noticed one of the chairs had one leg 3cm shorter than the others, which made the chair very rocky. We brought it to DFS notice, they sent someone round to confirm the default of the leg. We phoned several times, been to the store several times. We are put off every time, customer service are sorting it, then we get an email with a delivery date, then nothing. It’s a joke, 5 months on, still, nothing. What can we do? I’m still bewildered why the drivers put the legs on, the chairs are meant to be craftsman made!!!

Great experience in DFS southampton. Lovely ladie took our order which was hassle free everything explained clearly. All in all great customer service ,highly recommended. 10/10 and more.😀

We had a fantastic experience at DFS. We originally went in to help my aunty find a 3-seater sofa, but thanks to the great service she ended up buying the sofa, an armchair, and a footstool too!

Adam was brilliant from start to finish. He was friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. He gave us plenty of space to look around without any pressure, but was always there when we needed advice. His opinions on the different sofas were really helpful and honest, which made choosing much easier.

Nothing felt rushed, and the whole experience was relaxed and enjoyable. Excellent customer service from Adam – he's a real credit to DFS. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the store and will definitely be back in the future.

I had looked online so was aware of what I was looking for. The person who assisted me with my decision was very pleasant and went through the necessary jargon. Very happy with the service received. Although I think the cost of delivery is very high

My wife and I where given a thorough explanation as to what we wanted and colours that were available after a good discussion we found what was available to order which suited our needs , enjoyable and fruitful order.

Great experience visiting DFS Hedge End. Josh made our experience buying a sofa, stress free and pressure free. Knowledgeable staff and gave us plenty of time to look and make sure the purchase we were making was the right one for us. Bonus that the shop has great aircon throughout!
