Myself and my daughter were made very welcome by a lovely lady by the name of Debbie (I think) as soon as we walked in the door. She was very helpful throughout and explained everything thoroughly to us. I was "over the moon" with her customer service and she made our visit very enjoyable. Carl approached us professionally, asked what we were after and shown us a couple of sofas that fit the description within what we wanted, he was patient and not pushy which is always a bonus!!
