Pinne was our customer service team member who we felt went beyond helpful, was very professional,helpful explained ever detail of our purchase. She could not could of been more helpful. She even gave my husband water because he had a coughing fit, excellent customer service and patient with us.

I love my new sofa it arrived on time agreed.. in perfect condition the two gentleman who brought it and installed it were polite, cheerful and careful just an excellent service for the second time with dfs thank you :-)

As a first-time buyer, I was a little unsure about the process, but Jason at DFS Swindon made everything so easy. He was extremely helpful, personable, and friendly from start to finish. He took the time to talk me through every step and provided detailed explanations, making sure I understood all of my options without ever feeling pressured. His knowledge and approachable manner made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. Excellent customer service – I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend DFS Swindon, and especially Jason, to anyone looking for new furniture.
