Our experience at DFS Swindon was very good when you walk into the store you dont have someone come straight up to you and start asking questions, i like to look around then find help when needed, Jason was our customer service man today and a very nice man friendly, polite, explained everything step by step, answered any questions with great knowledge, would recommend DFS to friends and family.

Couldn’t have asked for a more helpful or patient staff member this morning. Understood exactly what I needed and was able to show me other sofas I hadn’t even considered when looking online. Extremely knowledgeable about their products and even took me outside to view fabrics in daylight! Big thanks to ‘Gregg’ I am very much looking forward to my sofa delivery 😁

Had a show round various sofas with my partner at the Swindon store and picked out a trek sofa. Experience was great, Greg was lovely to deal with.

Sofa was delivered and setup today by dfs and great experience from them too and quickly setup.

My experience was great because the staff member was very helpful, friendly, attentive and listened carefully to what we needed.He took time to explain different products clearly, answered all our questions patiently and helped us find exactly what suited our home and budget.There was no rush and we felt well looked after throughout our visit.
The company has excellent knowledge team members who provide helpful professional service,the atmosphere feels welcoming,its great to see that customer care is clearly a priority.

Well I went to the Swindon store just to browse for a potential sofa and found one I liked and then was approached by piña who was very helpful and not pushy and answered every question I had and out my mind at ease so much so I went back a week later to make sure she had my order in her name and was brilliant through the whole process!

I knew exactly what I wanted to order. I was shown around the store & offered different styles & leather styles. Everything was explained to be in great detail. Im really happy with my sofa choice & my experience was lovely & relaxed . Friendly service. Thankyou ☺️

Great range of sofas, we already knew what we wanted and seeing the exact sofas made our mind up, also very helpfull sales person who gave us some usefull tips.

I received great customer service. The salesman allowed me time to select a colour of my choice as well as guiding me through what would work best for me and my living room.

Great experience today purchasing our new sofa. As luck would have it the sofa we saw online was in store in the colour we wanted. It was great to find out how comfy it was.
