Help offered as we entered the store. Pleasant and informative staff prepared to find out answers if they needed to. Hannah and Adam were helpful and efficient in helping us and explaining the various options relating to our furniture choices .

Purchasing new furniture.
We went to DFS with an idea of the furniture we wanted but having seen the one we thought we were going to have we realised it didn't suit our purpose.
However, Jason was on hand to help us with selecting something that was more suitable for our needs.
Jason was friendly, helpful and listened to our needs and guided us along the path to select what we needed.
When it came to closing the deal he gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision.
I cannot commend his service high enough.
