We came in looking for a certain sofa and were directed straight to what we were looking for but we decided we didn’t like it as much in person and were given some great recommendations from the staff for alternatives. they were really helpful!

We recently purchased a new sofa from DFS Waterlooville and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish.

At no point did we feel rushed; instead, we felt genuinely supported in making the right choice.
It is clear that the staff are passionate about their products and truly care about helping customers find the perfect sofa. Their knowledge and enthusiasm are contagious, and they transmit that confidence and appreciation for quality to their customers.

Simple process, no hassle

We knew what we wanted when we went in. The Waterlooville colleague (Alex, I believe) was great and offered us a few other things but there was never any pressure to buy. He explained the additional insurance extremely well we felt it was a great investment. Very nice, un-pressured experience and a swift service.

I had an idea of what I was looking for when shopping for new sofas today in Waterlooville in Hampshire. Size, material etc.. The gentleman that met me at the door (Troy) .. I was there just as he was opening... offered to help me with my requests, showing me key furniture that was in my budget. Troy was very knowledgeable, answering every question without hesitation, he was friendly and there was no hard sell. He said if I wanted to go away and think about my choice, it wouldn't be a problem.
I actually wasn't feeling very well and he offered to fetch me water too.
I was more than happy to proceed and Troy explained all of the details thoroughly.
I will definitely return to the store as there are other items on my radar, lamps, tables, rugs.

All staff were very friendly and not at all pushy. Great service by Dan.
