I had a brilliant experience at dfs thanks to the member of staff who really stood out. He was laid‑back, friendly, and made the whole visit feel easy from start to finish. There was no pressure at all, he let me browse in my own time but was right there when I needed advice or had questions.
He knew the add on products well and explained things clearly without trying to push me towards anything. His calm approach made the whole process feel comfortable and enjoyable, and it genuinely felt like he wanted me to find the right colour and style sofa rather than just make a sale.

It was an off the cuff walk around DFS just browsing and not feeling pressured by anyone to purchase anything, however when we did eventually decide we wanted to make a purchase, staff were really helpful and talked us through all of our options. Thank you Rhys for your help.

Allowed to browse before being asked if I wanted help. Advice was given about various suites without feeling pressurised. The sales assistant Troy was knowledgeable and very helpful about the items I required. He made sure I understood exactly what I was paying for and what I was getting. A very successful experience.

Very friendly and welcoming salesman, but not pushy. He helped us with our decision on which sofa would best suit us. He gave us time to look around again before making our final choice. He explained in detail the process of the purchase and delivery. Very pleasant experience, thank you

Order placed at Dfs Waterlooville with Miles. Who was extremely helpful, no hard sell just knowledgable and friendly. The store was clean airy and tidy, with a great varied display of sofas . Available in manly colours and fabrics. A good range of prices for all budgets and payment options. A great shopping experience and I would definitely recommend this store and staff

Beautiful furniture and loads to choose from, very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff which helped us to easily decide on our purchase.
We loved the 7 day express delivery option, not having to wait three months for our new furniture to be delivered was very appealing.
The delivery men were nice and super efficient, they put our new furniture together with ease and quite quickly too.
Would I recommend DFS to a friend? Yes! Absolutely 😀

Staff were very efficient and helpful, and the delivery was excellent, came when they said they would and put it all together and took all the packaging away, all round excellent service.

Kieran provided excellent service, and he was so helpful when we were choosing our sofa. With the service he gave we would definitely come back!
