DFS Furniture - Wednesbury レビュー 

Went into DFS Wednesbury store yesterday to purchase a new leather sofa I had viewed online.
I was greeted by Nichola who guided us to the section of the store where the sofa was on display and sat down with me and my daughter and explained all the details about the sofa, purchasing and delivery options, care and operation.
Overall it was a great experience and I was so grateful for her assistance that I decided to purchase the sofa while in the store.

Would just like to say big shout out to zee khan for helping us with the purchase of our new couch, everything was explained perfectly even down to the smaller details. Any one that takes calls at 9:30pm to make sure the customer gets his purchase done from an earlier chat in my eyes is one heck of a sales man. Thank you again.

Jon was absolutely fantastic, we picked the sofa we liked but forgot to bring the measurements. He was able to get our previous order up, show us something of similar size and talk us through everything. He was also friendly and personable and nothing was too much trouble. The process was so simple and I got my approval email just as we left the store! Would highly recommended

Great, friendly service at the Wednesbury DFS branch with Jeetendra.

Lovely experience from start to finish. We were welcomed by Matthew the branch manager of DFS Wednesbury. We found a sofa that we really liked, and he talked us through all the specifics and even gave us recommendations on how to have it positioned in our home. He was very easy to deal with and at no point did we feel pressured at all. I would really recommend Matthew and this Store to anybody looking to purchase any kinds of furniture, 10/10.

We were able to try out the sofa we wanted to buy Sharna was very helpful and polite and didn’t push us at all and wanted to make sure we made the right choice for us. She explained finance options and what happens going forward with our purchase. Also how to look after our new leather sofa. We had our last sofa from dfs and have had years of wear out of it so we hope that this sofa will be the same quality product.

Staff were fantastic. We visited a number of different DFS stores & we’re never pressured or ‘bothered’ whilst looking.
We purchased for Fareem. He was thorough and kind and listened to what we needed. He was helpful and made the purchase much easier.
