The lady who dealt with our purchase was really helpful and polite as soon as we entered the shop . She gave us all the details etc on our new sofa and explained everything in detail. She is a credit to your store .

Poppy was very helpful
Poppy was very helpful, when we arrived she approached us and greeted us to the store and offered her assistance.
I had looked at the sofa I was interested in straight away and she gave us detailed information on the product she also gave us information on the other 2 sofas I had looked at and allowed us to browse the store.
It didn't take long to decide which I preferred and she gave us a detailed breakdown of cost delivery and also got us a little discount very pleased with the service.

Staff was Welcoming and helpful.
Emma was extremely helpful and welcoming, didn’t feel strangled by floor staff like similar places, in fact I had to go find a member of staff, looking forward to our new sofa !

I had a positive overall experience, and the process felt straightforward from start to finish. The staff were helpful and made sure I had all the information I needed.
