No pressure buying or being followed around like some other furniture stores do... just help available when we needed it... that help came from Nicola who was lovely and helped us through the choosing/buying process. Highly recommend DFS Wednesbury store.

Found our dream sofa thanks to the team at the Wednesbury store
We popped into the Wednesbury store to look for our dream sofa, as we wanted to find the right piece to fit into our newly renovated home. Couldn’t wish for better customer service and knowledge, no pushy salesman at all just let us browse at our leisure and helped us when we needed it. We came across the Lorenzo sofa, it was exactly what we were looking for. The friendly sales team provided an excellent service, giving us in depth information about the sofa and the after care options we could chose from. We are very happy with our choice and cannot wait for DFS to deliver our new soda. Would highly recommend this store if you’re after a new sofa.
