I was impressed that the staff are not…
I was impressed that the staff are not on top of you the minute you walk through the door just a gentle reminder every now and then to make sure we'll ok. Always happy when we had any Questions to help us out. Mandy the store assistant was amazing hold on to her she knows what she's doing I brought my sofa and two armchairs.

Great staff, excellent service, all we wanted in one store
All round service was superb. The staff spend quality time with us ensuring that our needs were looked after.
At one point we had multiple staff ensuring we would be able to get the furniture we ordered into our room of choice.
A final check with the manager and a few tweaks and we managed to get a discount too.
I didn’t expect to get all we wanted from one store.
A big thank you to all the staff that helped

Staff and experience
Went in several times to choose the perfect sofa, staff couldn’t be more helpful. Simply left us to browse and were around if we had any questions, no pressure selling which was nice for a change.
Very informative of the process and payment was smooth.

Impossible to contact by phone
Impossible to contact by phone. I have the branch number and rang it and they said I do not have access to this number. In the end I had to get into the car and drive back to the store. The problem was that the store promised that the goods would be delivered, unpacked, inspected and the rubbish taken away. Apparently this is not the case.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, we are very sorry to hear the delivery process did not go ahead smoothly. Also, we appreciate your frustrations if you weren't able to speak to the store straight away. All our stores do operate on an outbound call basis only so, if you were to call in the operator would arrange a call with the store for you. All we ask is that you allow 48-72 working hours for contact to be made. Apologies again.

Roger helped us
Roger helped us, he even remembered us coming in a few months before. We came back for the service we received when looking, also a great sofa with reasonable delivery time.

Very helpful staff on arrival explained…
Very helpful staff on arrival explained about the options on styles and fabrics. Then left alone to look around which is what we prefer.
On choosing the sofa the order was taken by salesman Paul who was very knowledgeable and helpful.
Overall very happy with the selection
