I had a fantastic experience. The staff were welcoming, patient, and really took the time to explain options and help me choose the right sofa. Delivery information was clear and the whole process felt easy and stress-free. They did not immediately pounce on me the moment I walked through the door.

This review is about the Libbie 3-seater sofa.

Shoddy Workmanship. One armrest has more filling than the other. Seat cushions do not lie flush to edge of frame, they overlap. Ordered foam inserts for firmness but already losing firmness after six or seven uses (only weigh 60 kgs! One person uses). Where the main cushion meets the wrap around the armrest, you can see the join and on checking cushion insert, next to no stuffing. Get what you pay for but at £1,000, I expected more. This sofa might last 6 months at most.

Initially saw Roger who was very knowledgeable and hospitable but when we returned we saw Gorgie who was also helpful and friendly.

We purchased a sofa today and received excellent service from Mandy. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to help us find the perfect sofa for our home without any pressure. The whole process was smooth and enjoyable. We would highly recommend Mandy and DFS.

A pleasant experience overall. The young lady, Georgina, dealing with us was brilliant, informative, polite and not pushy….which let’s face it is one of the most important things. She helped us decide on what couch we were after and gave us many options. All in all glad with our purchase and the experience.

Very easy experience purchasing a chair on finance. Very helpful staff, informative and efficient. Good Customer Service and good knowledge.

The lady staff member was excellent, she took time to walk us around and explain what deals were available and the quality of materials used on certain furniture we were interested in. She's an excellent and knowledgeable staff member, 10/10.

A pleasent experience no pressure. Everything explained.

I was impressed that the staff are not on top of you the minute you walk through the door just a gentle reminder every now and then to make sure we'll ok. Always happy when we had any Questions to help us out. Mandy the store assistant was amazing hold on to her she knows what she's doing I brought my sofa and two armchairs.

i can say i was looked after soon as i went in the door till i came out, very good customer service and nothing was to much trouble showing me the right sofa for me, thank you Westwood Cross.

All round service was superb. The staff spend quality time with us ensuring that our needs were looked after.
At one point we had multiple staff ensuring we would be able to get the furniture we ordered into our room of choice.
A final check with the manager and a few tweaks and we managed to get a discount too.
I didn’t expect to get all we wanted from one store.
