Delivery needs to be better
This is a difficult one as I like the product but the delivery lead times are not good, I was told my order had been dispatched and went back to the site the next day to find out this was not the case and wasted a day of 3 people

Would like to show a picture of the 'chassis' I have made using the channel. The chassis is now finished, so I can start building my new 'mobile' summerhouse on it. But doesn't look like there is a facility to upload photos.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service
Placed an order that i received and was incorrect.
On calling to explain i was asked to email a different department as it wasn't his department on answering the phone. Emailed said department on Monday no reply by Thursday. Called again same guy answers oh yes let me call said department bearing in mind we are almost 2 weeks in now. Yes we have the correct item will leave today. Then on Friday i get an email hi was it all the brackets that were wrong. My reply yes it was , expecting them the following Monday. No brackets So i wait till Tuesday still no Brackets. Lets call again shall we so were now 3 phone calls in. A different guy answers hi mate can you help with my order yes mate let me check. Still not left yet but will be with you tomorrow. Absolute shambolic
