High quality
Ordering was very easy and straightforward even though I didn't have an account. It arrived next day and was well packed and in excellent condition. The channel is very nice quality strong and easy to use, the ventilation holes are well punched with minimum burned edges

The delivery came on 3 different days…
The delivery came on 3 different days and the packaging was terrible as usual. All the nuts and washers burst open in the box.

As your order was split into multiple packages, it’s possible the courier handled and delivered these separately, which can sometimes result in deliveries arriving on different days. Unfortunately, this is managed by the local depot serving your area and is outside of our direct control, though we work closely with our delivery partners to ensure orders arrive as quickly and smoothly as possible.
We’re also very sorry about the condition of the packaging on arrival. This is not the experience we want for our customers. Please do reach out to us so we can review this and find a suitable solution for you as soon as possible.

Great Value for Fixings
I was given Direct Channel's details by a colleague. Found exactly what I wanted at less than half what I normally pay for M8 Studs from Toolstation. Delivery was reasonable and pretty quick. Overall very happy

Logic combi diverter valve
Chosen a product which would have been £450 off the shelf brand new . I managed to get a fully refurbished one for just under £60 with 12 month warranty and it also came next day . Very happy with it and will order a lot more parts

Technical Query
Called up to request some info about a product, the lad on the phone clearly couldn't be bothered and has poor communication skills, after reading the reviews this is a common theme, we will take our business elsewhere. Can't imagine what trying to deal with a mistake on their behalf would be like, but reading the reviews I think I know.
Edit- can’t respond to your response but I rang at 13:49 about your 50x50 channel.

The second time I've used your product galvanized steel to build an outdoor log store in an oddball area it's a cheap alternative to a wooden one with no maintenance . An excellent product

As an electrical contractor we have…
As an electrical contractor we have used channel for multiple projects. This time it was Xmas related, so I used the two bases with some strut to make a large walk through arch for a Garland in our hallway at home. Great product and quick efficient service from direct channel support systems.
