Excellent value for money, the membership pays for itself within a couple of trips. Thereâs a wide and varied selection of great hotels on offer all around the world. The customer service team are available 24/7 and respond to any queries very quickly. The best loyalty scheme Iâve seen, especially for travel.

I must say this is one of the best Membership specially if you are a coffee lover.
Coffee taste really good, they make sure that they will make your coffee as how you wanted it.

I find booking very difficult through the disloyalty site. I am pretty disappointed. I just booked for the 4th time at the Hoxton in Brooklyn. I am pretty sure I would have had a lower rate had I booked directly with the hotel. The date function on your site is very difficult to use. I am questioning why I paid for this membership

It is a lovely idea. However it took one week to be onboarded because there was an issue with the code. Other challenge is location. There are not that many opportunities nearby to enjoy all the benefits. I hope they expand quickly

The website does not work. I repeated tried to book a room at 25hours in Zurich for 9-12 June. When I would select the dates I wanted the selection of dates would dance around and show other dates. TH dates of the selection were totally random.There is no way to get help. It was insane

not getting discount
I have signed up for disloyalty and am not getting a reduced rate at Hoxton Chicago. I have exchanged email with your regarding this and the response still shows a rate higher by $100 than what I should be paying. I signed up because we go to the Hoxton Chicago frequently, but with all of the time I am spending to get a 10% discount it does not seem worth the time, much less the money I had to pay to get the supposed discount in the first place.
