Schindler's Enamel Factory
We visited Schindler's Enamel Factory, on arrival we approached the guide showing Discover Cracow however our names were not on their list, we called the contact number on the booking and by the time they had called back the same guide had came and got us at the front door, visiting the factory itself is an experience, the tour is mainly about the history of Krakow however there are a few mentions of Schindler throughout the tour, the tour guide was informative and detailed and certainly gives you a background to the old City. There is a small gift shop selling books and is worthwhile having a look through. There is a small taxi rank outside for anyone wanting back into the City. An enjoyable couple of hours

We went to the Schindler museum on a self guided tour. Your company person was standing outside on time to give us our tickets. Very well organised inside and a hugely interesting museum. So much detail and exhibitions were brilliant. It guides you round the whole place very easily

The tour guide was perfect
The tour guide was perfect. She had humor and her English was very well.
However, we lost something and we waiting for the staff to bring it. When we got at the parking the bus was on its way. The second bus saw us and stopped. Although they had our phone number, they didn't communicate with us.

Excellent visit to the mines at Karakow
Excellent visit to the mines, pick up was dead on time and the visit was fantastic. We had to wait a little longer than expected to start the visit at the mines, but this was due to no fault of Discover Cracow tours.
We were collected on time and returned to Krakow.
Overall an excellent experience not to be missed . The mines are huge and well worth the visit, take good walking boots or shoes though.

Discover Krakow totally messed up
Discover Krakow totally messed up. I booked 2 tours with them on the 2 full days I was in Krakow. Auschwitz on Saturday and Oskar Schindler's factory on Sunday. I had to wait for the bus on Saturday at 10:30 but I wasn't on the list and although I showed a legal ticket, the confirmation email and the proof of payment they just left me standing there. I called the office and they would call me vak in 5 minutes. After 10 minutes I called them but I got an answering machine. 10 minutes after that I called again and they said I could do the tour on Monday.... But then I would not be in Krakow anymore. So I had to do it on Sunday but for that I had to cancel the Oskar Schindler factory tour.... I hope I get a refund for that... But a company that let people stay on the streets although they have a legal ticket, a confirmation email and a proof of payment is doing something very wrong. Auschwitz-Birkenau tour was fine by the way.

5* salt mines thanks to brilliant tour guide
Did a tour of the salt mines, 4 tickets purchased. 13 people in total on the tour which was a great number to really explore the mines. The tour guide was incredible and her knowledge really made the trip (I believe she was called Marta)!
Went for the 8am pick up, tour started at 9-11am, good amount of time and it was lovely and quiet down there. Seemed a lot busier when we left so would recommend doing the early tour if possible!

Picked up on time
Picked up on time, Bus driver and guide were very friendly. We went with the lunch option which was lovely, it included sandwiches, a bottle of water, an apple, a bar and a sweet. Overall great experience.

I bought the Krakow Tourist Card for museums and public transport and would do it again. Some exhibitions are not included but are still listed in the broshure which was confusing.

Terrible customer service
We booked this tour with “get your guide” and then on the original website by a misunderstanding. We explained the issue to the information office who sent us back to the ticket office (no one willing to help). The girl on the ticket office was so rude (12:15pm), she was treating as we were idiot showing zero to none empathy about the double booking issue. They denied to revert the payment even if we were there explaining the situation and showing proof about the mistake. You never treat customer like sh.. if you are working on a service business!!

Very thought provoking tour
Very thought provoking tour. To be in the very place where the atrocity of the holocaust took place was an experience we will never forget. Our guide was a most pleasant and friendly person. The only slight problem we had was with the audio system that connected to the guides microphone was troubled by interference and cutting out at times.
