DLGAMER レビュー 

I ordered a game on March 3rd and paid right away,but it never showed up. Tried emailing customer service a few times,no reply. Knda disappointingsince i was really looking forward to it.

I placed an order for a game key (Solasta). 24hrs later, the order had still not gone through. I received an email cancelling the order. Here is the text of the email:

"We would like to inform you that your order to DLGamer is going to be canceled for one of the following reasons:

- Several purchases with a single or multiple credit cards;
- Using multiples DLGamer accounts;
- Using an Unverified Paypal account;
- Using a VPN or Proxy;
- incoherent personnal informations provided by customers;
- Unanswered or Missing mobile or landline verifiction request;
- Cancellation asking on your side;
- Refund request due to a mistake.
- Using a company credit/debit card to purchase video games on our store"

They couldn't even tell me WHY the order was cancelled, or even if it was on my side (it wasn't).

Waste of time.

i bought a key.

after 5 hours of "waiting up to 30minutes for your first order" i havent got my key. order needs to be "verified by the team". i asked them to cancel, and besides being supposedly 24/7 in reach for their customers, still no reply after 6 hours. so its morelikely a scam. propably bought the first reviews or actually gave the keys before to look legit, before turning into a scam.

It's either a scam or their site is very laggy and their system (or) personnel not very responsive. Bought a steam key - still waiting for it. will never buy from them and will ask 'isthereanydeals' site to remove them from their lists. They might have great prices, but the wait time after successful payment is VERY terrible. This is the longest out of all stores I'm waiting for the key after confirmed paypal transaction.

Update: got the key after like 9-10 hour wait. That's terrible!

Purchased a key that was on sale via PayPal and it was available to me in less than a minute. Probably the fastest I've gotten a key, and I've bought many before. Great experience!

Ordered a key, paid for it through paypal. Got an additional request to provide my mobile phone number (why after ordering?)

End of the Story:
I didnt receive the key, they cancelled the order. Now i have to wait for my refund. (According to their mail, up to 7 days.)

I tried purchasing a key for Helldivers 2, the payment went through, then an automatic message told me there was a problem and I got a refund. I never got the key OR my money back, AND nobody is answering my emails.

I waited almost a full month. NOTHING. Scam.

Ich habe mir das Spiel "Euro Truck Simolator Legendary Edition" auf dieser Seite gekauft, jedoch habe ich keinen Spiele-Schlüssel erhalten als auch keine E-Mail Benachrichtigung über den Kauf. Ich ging dann direkt zu PayPal und die Rückerstattung lief problemlos ab. Als Neukunde eine Katastrophe. Auch die angegebene Kontakt-Mailadresse des Verkäufers auf PayPal zu sehen, gibt es nicht, da mein Mailprogramm diese nicht gefunden hat. Einfach nur schlecht, nie wieder.

Easy/quick - just like it should be!

i made an order for almost a day and its still to be verificatied by their team. No reply from support nor any help.

Easy to use website that has been around for a while now and another great source of competition for sales of digital games.

I made a first purchase and it was perfect, they gave me the key quickly, now I made the same purchase to give to a friend and I'm waiting a day and they don't give me the key or give me any money back. If they give me the key I'll upload the note. The truth is, it's a good page and it has good prices.

I bought a good game at a reasonable price. The game key delivery came quickly as well

Great customer service. Instantly refunded a wrong order, gave store credit and didn't remove the game code from my account (gave a wrong key for a game)

I purchased an item which was incorrectly listed an in effect I got completely different title. I realised only after activating the product and contacted DLGamer. They quickly confirmed an error on their side and refunded my purchase. I will be definitely coming back.

c'è stato un problema per l'acquisto di un gioco pc, mi hanno rimborsato immediatamente e anche regalato 5 euro nel wallet. onesti! :)

Einfach nur unterirdisch habe meinen Downloadcode nicht erhalten und der Support reagiert auch nicht

Voila le text de mail qui explique ce qui m'est arrivé.
"Bonjour,

Il y a deux heures, j'ai acheté le jeu "No Rest for the Wicked". J'ai effectué le paiement via PayPal et en échange, j'ai reçu le code d'activation suivant : *****-*****-*****. J'ai immédiatement activé le produit sur la plateforme Steam et j'ai obtenu le jeu "Goons: Legends of Mayhem".

La première chose que j'ai fait c'etait de contacter le service client en remplissant un ticket d'incident.

Ne connaissant pas le site, je me suis rendu sur le web pour rechercher des avis concernant DLGamer et sur TrustPilot, j'ai commencé à lire des avis d'une étoile. J'ai remarqué que souvent, la réponse donnée par le représentant de DLGamer contenait la phrase suivante :

"Nous n'avons pas été contactés à l'adresse de notre service client"

J'ai donc décidé, en plus de vous contacter via votre site, de rédiger cet e-mail pour doubler ma tentative d'obtenir de l'aide via cette adresse e-mail. Je tiens à préciser que le produit acheté n'a jamais été installé sur Steam. J'espère d'être pris en compte dans les meilleurs délais sous l'une de ces deux formes :

Obtention d'un code pour le jeu "No Rest for the Wicked" sans frais supplémentaires.
Un remboursement de la totalité de ma dépense (15,99 €).
Cordialement"

Une heure après j'avais mon argent sur mon compte.

No Rest for the Wicked, neues Spiel erworben, jedoch Code für Gons Legend and Mayem erhalten, was man natürlich nur nach dem eingeben bei Steam erkennt. Finger Weg vom Händler!

Geld kam nach Meldung an PayPal zurück. Bewertung 1 Stern angehoben. Mehr ist nicht, da man solch Fehler nicht machen sollte und als Neukunde hinterlässt das keinerlei Vertrauen.
