Always an easy time purchasing from you guys

Hey you guys are great, you've been around a long time and you give gamers great deals while providing great service. Please keep up the good work, but you really don't need that much feedback to know you're doing a good job do you?

Kept sending review email requests for the product, like 2 per hour on the hour for 10 hours.

Avoid site. I've either 1. been scammed or 2. of all the sites i've been looking through to get this key cheaper are the only one that doesn't properly display if they're out of stock. For that reason alone I wouldn't take the gamble. On top of that, once you bought the product and it gets "delivered" the product page that should have the key, just wont and there is literally nothing on the page that shows that anything is going wrong.

At a certain point incompetence might as well be malice.

No hustles, as it should be.

Great site, competitive prices and sales and fast order turnaround, would recommend.

The website is poorly translated and switches between various languages. This isn't too bad in the age of google translate, but rather annoying.

What's really annoying is that the site cancelled my order, which was already payed for, without giving a comprehensible reason.

Update: according to the message I received from the vendor, the item I ordered was out of stock. How can a digital item be out of stock?

Game came quickly and it worked out great. will be shopping here more in the future.

The purchase was easy and secure. The game codes worked immediately, and I haven't had any problems with running the game.

Didn't deliver, and didn't refund money.
Stay away.

After uncountable steps of verifications, there was no indication anything went wrong. If there is a link to a page saying "here's your code", but there is no code, I do indeed submit a dispute and don't wait around for hours or days waiting to get contacted. If I go to the supermarket to buy milk, and if I pay for the milk, I expect milk - not being sent out with an empty shopping bag after checkout.

PayPal is waiting for their response, which they are apparently not providing. Them pointing to the payment service is ridiculous and, in my eyes, a sign of bad will and dubious business practices.

There was an issue with the payment(2fa never went through with my bank I assume) and they said I would be refunded. 4 days later no refund, so I send support a message and now I am just getting sent to the blocked account page.

*UPDATE*
It seems that both myself and my wife opening accounts and buying the same game to play together on the same day triggered their fraud system, we both got the refunds back, but still have blocked accounts, so I cant give them a good review, and leave this review as a warning for people living in the same household.

Ordered.. no key provided.
Website states key delivered but nowhere to be found on the details page.. I feel scammed.

Its an 8 step process to verify your order, with everything from giving them your cell phone to linking them to your PayPal account and running 3 separate verification checks - one on each individual part. And they said they'd send me a text to verify my number, which I never received.

Horrible process. I can't even see the logic behind it, aside from fishing for as much information as possible with every order. Never ordering here again, and I'm asking Paypal to stop this order as I never recieved my game in the first place.
