Per ben due volte esperienza non negativa: DI PIU'! Ordinato, pagato, ordine sparito!
Dopo 2 settimane di attesa e nessun aggiornamento sulla spedizione ho scritto mail per chiedere info:
zero risposte. Riesco a parlare al telefono e mi comunicano che l’ordine è stato cancellato al momento dell'acquisto perché “non c’era la misura disponibile”. pero' hanno preso i soldi e oggi dopo 14 gg non ho ricevuto ancora l'accredito
E questo l'ho scoperto solo chiamando io!!
assistenza inesistente e e gestione ordini da dilettanti considerato il BRAND. Sconsigliatissimo!

I definitely not recommend D&G ladies shoes, the quality is horrible 😫...I bought ladies slides, and worn them twice and the sole started peeling off, I reached out to them to ask for repairs or replacement, & they refused to offer me any of those because apparently according to their evaluation I've worn the shoes several times(2 months), mind you I bought the shoes on the 19/December/2025 and I returned them back in store on the 20/February/2026, in addition to this, i also reported them to the consultant on WhatsApp on the 06/February/2026 meaning I've only had the shoes with for 2months

J’ai commandé une chaussure pour mon fils à l’occasion de son baptême, la chaussure étant très petite je l’ai retourné automatiquement demandant un remboursement.
Plus de 2 mois que je cours après eux pour qu’il me rembourse mais sans succès, ils confirment bien avoir reçu le colis mais sont incapables de me rembourser … franchement c’est honteux !
Ils arnaquent les gens cette boutique , elle est fuire . Traiter avec eux est une grosse déchéance car c’est tout simplement des voleurs .
Je les déteste et je regrette avoir commandé sur le site .

I did the report online and they say it was wear and tear, being a brand that offer such bad quality it has begun to crack prematurely. The standards I had about this brand unfortunately change, not only the bad service provided to me. I was only requested pictures. Disappointed.

Then they said they lost my customer info? And the refund would take 30 days which is not in compliance with US law. The exact statute: 16 C.F.R. § 435.1(b)(1). Supposed to be 7 days for a refund.
These people kept communicating with me in Italian!!! Which I do not speak. And none of the phones pick up, not in Bal Harbour, not in design district. I really wanted those damn shoes. It’s a shame how this company is operated.
An unacceptable customer experience
An unacceptable customer experience for a luxury brand like Dolce & Gabbana. I ordered a belt with a matte silver buckle, but received a shiny chrome one instead (admitted internal labeling and production error on their part) . To make matters worse, they are out of stock but continue to sell the item on their website, misleading customers. Despite the time I spent sending photos and documenting their own supply chain flaws, customer service completely refused to offer any commercial gesture. "Just return it for a refund." The service is definitely not up to the prices they charge. Unprofessional and deeply disappointing.
I ordered a perfume 2 months ago
I ordered a perfume in late march, and it took ages to ship, and still now in May, 7th of May therr is still NO perfume or any updates about what is going on. I contacted the customer service multiple times, but they either answer with "We will contact the responsible desk that can help you." And then they say "We are happy to inform that your order will ship soon." that's like 2 weeks ago. Now I asked if I could cancel my order, and they still send me everywhere else with no straight answer. I'm honestly so disappointed considering D&G is a worldwide famous brand that is supposef to care of their customers. I'm so disappointed.

Oggi ci siamo fermati al bar ristorante di Dolce & Gabbana a Portofino per prendere un caffè dopo pranzo. Eravamo già seduti al tavolo e in attesa della cameriera per ordinare.
Prima di consumare, abbiamo chiesto gentilmente di poter utilizzare il bagno, ma ci è stato risposto che non era disponibile. Una risposta che ci ha lasciati perplessi, soprattutto considerando il tipo di locale e il contesto.
Un posto così curato ed esclusivo dovrebbe garantire anche i servizi più basilari, a maggior ragione per clienti già seduti al tavolo pronti a ordinare. Un dettaglio che ha rovinato l’esperienza complessiva.
Beware no refund policy!
I purchased a purse yesterday. I tried to return I today-less than 24 hours later-untouched and wrapped exactly how I received it. I was refused a refund and instead forced to take a $27k store credit. They state this is their policy, however it is not anywhere to be found in the store nor was it verbally stated to me by the salesman. It was, however in tiny light grey print on the BACK of the receipt as they conveniently pointed out today. Buyer beware! Do not buy at DandG Bal Hatbor!

Ho effettuato l’acquisto di una parete in pre ordine, ma diceva che sarebbe stata consegnata entro il 20 febbraio 2026, facendo l’acquisto il giorno in cui l’ho fatto io, cioè il 16 febbraio. Non è la prima volta che succede questo e che se ne vengono con la scusa che la palette può essere spedita anche tre settimane dopo io a tutt’oggi ho i soldi bloccati e la palette non è stata spedita.
Non vi consiglio di acquistare da questo sito perché non sono professionali e non sono neanche seri perché secondo quello che hanno scritto loro, io avrei dovuto riceverla oggi invece a quanto pare il mio ordine è ancora in elaborazione non si sa quando me lo spediranno quindi ho richiesto il rimborso.
Acquistare da questo sito è una fregatura. Questa è la seconda volta che mi capita che devo chiedere il rimborso. Pensavo che dopo tre anni fossero migliorati invece no, sempre stessa solfa!
Awful costumer service
I got parfume a year ago. I wanted to return it because it was not what I had in Europe!! I sprayed twice, and nothing. After 5 minutes you couldn't smell it. I sent them email, asking them for sending me another one, while I send them the one I got back, they TOLD ME "YOU OPENED THE BOTTLE, YOU DONT HAVE RIGHTS TO COMPLAIN "!!!!!!!
Today at work, we were talking how much we need to appreciate the customers, because we need to think about 5 more generations, and I gave them as an example for this! NEVER EVER WANNA BUY SOMETHING FROM DG!!!!!!
