Ordered 13 doors. When the delivery arrived one was missing, one wrong size and four damaged!
The process of getting these replaced has been slow, painful and frustrating from start to finish. All in adding an extra six weeks to the process, completely unnecessary. Pleasant to deal with and will respond, but seemingly endless things going wrong, delays and by the end untruths (stating they asked for express delivery when the supplier confirmed they had not)
I would not recommend. By the end i had zero confidence that any delivery undamaged or without hitch.

Ordered 6 doors, 2 different types within seconds of placing my order I received an email from customer service stating unfortunately 2 of the doors were out of stock and did I want to cancel the order. I said I didn’t and was happy to wait, customer services emailed me updates regularly and they were delivered on the expected date, the quality is fantastic, prices were good, customer services were great. High recommend this company

Faultless service and impeccable quality. The staff couldn’t be more accommodating and helpful. From production to delivery everything was to the very highest of standards. The quality and finish on the doors is superb. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service; communication outstanding and the doors and handles I purchased with the help from Ish are superb.
Highly delighted

I ordered a pair of rebated doors and 2 sets of door handles from Door to Floors and after 10/11months one of the set door handles developed a fault. I dealt with Ish and he arranged a replacement for next day delivery. Good service from this firm when ever I have had to get intouch and always communicate back by phone/email. Good prices too.

Had a few questions and concerns about my order and was left feeling like the customer service team wasn’t really interested and I was just being fobbed off.
I know what good customer service feels like after dealing with many different trades and companies throughout the build and I’m very disappointed with this experience.
Definitely won’t shop here again.
Spend your money elsewhere.

Great experience with the team at Doors2Floors!

After being supplied a pair of doors that were completely different batches by Deanta through another supplier, I managed to source a matching door from Doors2Floors who had a door in stock from the old batch.

The guys were extremely patient and professional with all my questions and messages. Highly recommended.

Would highly recommend Ish and the team at Doors for Floors. Excellent customer service from start to finish and really love the doors - ended up replacing all the doors in my house. Would not hesitate to recommend or use again.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Went out of their way to find the right doors for me. Can't thank the team enough. Excellent quality doors and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend Doors2Floors. Upstairs sorted. On with the downstairs now and not hesitated in using this company again. Thank you so much for your product, help and advice

The team delivered. Slight mix up initially but they sorted that and revised delivery went like clockwork. Friendly & helpful team. Recommend them.

This company is amazing, they are so customer focus and are great at communicating with customers. They have made my transaction very easy and I’m one very happy customer. Ordered 3 doors then went back and ordered another two doors. They contacted me to make sure everything was in order , which I really appreciated . Other company out there should take a leaf out of these guys books.

Top notch company and fantastic guys who helped me with both of my transactions.

I salute you guys.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Absolutely superb! From easy ordering to delivery my experience from this company was brilliant. The delivery driver couldn’t have been more helpful, we would definitely use doors2floors again.

From getting advice on doors to ordering it was a very smooth process.

I ordered a total of 6 Walnut Deanta doors which are beautiful and now hung in my home looking lovely!

I dealt with Sufiyan via their company WhatsApp who replied promptly to my enquiries and even offered suggestions which I’m happy I went for in the end. They supply handles and hinges also which is useful but as I had already bought and chosen mine, I can’t comment on that.

The delivery was said to be in 7 working days, however, they came 17 days after ordering. This was somewhat expected as they didn’t stock these particular doors and I was told that a few of them arrived damaged which is why I had to wait longer for the company to replace them. This meant that I had to rebook my joiner though so maybe my advice would be to allow extra time just in case for delivery (which you would do with these kind of items anyway). I must say though that the delayed delivery communications and updates were very useful, put my mind at ease and the delivery was a smooth process also.

I now have beautiful doors hung in my home and love looking at them!

The product is of exceptional quality and the delivery service is always superb. We now have eight doors from Doors to Floors throughout our home and they are much admired by all visitors and guests. The designs are beautiful with a stylish finish which adds a touch of class to our home. We recommend this company to all family, friends and professional trades people who make enquiries about them. Such is the impact of these doors on our decor. Thank you so much.

Excellent service answered all my questions (typical women didn’t really have a clue apart from what doors I wanted) got hubby to do measurements but apart from that was able to do everything myself. Very knowledgeable and patient with what must of been stupid questions to someone that does this ever day. Doors have just come they are beautiful cannot wait to have them fitted. Thanks to the person on WhatsApp for your support you deserve a bonus for dealing with me !

Excellent service. Price for the floor tiles I wanted was so much cheaper than anywhere else. They had no problem with me picking the tiles up from their showroom and all the staff there were very friendly. Will definitely be going back. Thanks.

Purchased all my doors whilst doing my house renovation. Product and service was first class. Happy with everything 👍

Fab customer experience. I really wasn’t sure what I needed to order to go with my doors but Sufyaan and the team couldn’t have been more helpful and I love the product. Would use again!

Excellent quality doors and customer service. Always get comments on how beautiful they are, they arrived safe and sound and communicated throughout the whole process. Would definitely use this company again.
