heating is too small
heating is too small, I often get cold at night. It would be unreasonable if students were not allowed to bring their own heating.

sixth time hot water issue cuasing mental issue
there is not hot water in our block from last friday to today. it is 4days. it is happen sixth time. it cause my skin allergy. now I have some psychological issue for it. Now I am think whethere it is wrong thing that I rebook.
