It's been a long and stressful process, where at times we questioned our decision to move to the other side of the world and live in a country we have never stepped foot in, but no way could we have done this without the DUC's help. The advice, support and knowledge has been amazing and the fact they created a facebook group for others to share info, photos, advice etc, was also very helpful! 100% recommend this company to anyone thinking of moving down under!

To all of you thanks so much. Could not have done this without you all. Doug thanks for putting up with me and sticking with me through my stubbornness of not getting through the first skills assessment and helping me devise a plan to make them accept ha ha. Jenny there are no words!! ha ha. Thanks an absolute million! you're awesome and a true legend. Wes thanks for all the webinars and steering me in the right direction for hubby's skills assessment. DUC assisted me and my employer in visa application process for Subclass 186. I was engaged with Lauren and Brid throughout this progress and highly recommend DUC services as they are highly professional, always responded to my queries promptly through out the process and guided me in the best possible way.

I had an amazing experience with DUC team. Will, Shelley and Olivia have been terrific and my family's Australian Subclass 190 Visas are granted due to their right guidance and efforts. And i can't thank them enough.

So in what has been quite a stressful and very nervous journey (I'm quite an anxious person) in getting our visa’s the DUC (in particular Jenny) have been absolute shining lights, I can hands down say I'd have given up without them. Genuinely feel like we had someone holding our hands and reassuring us when we needed it. Cannot reccomend these guys enough (already have) absolute stars.

Would like to ad, even though they've delivered the service in full, they still answer emails quickly when we need assistance or have questions and we can't thank them enough.

I can't recommend The Down Under Centre enough! After being messed around by a different company who messed up my application, signing up with the DUC was the best decision I made even though I had to pay another set of fees. Jenny and the team are so knowledgeable and helpful in every aspect and at every step of the way. Jenny is incredible at her job, I can't thank her enough.. Always replies to emails within minutes at all hours of the day with informative responses even if the questions are stupid! It can be a very confusing process but it's made simple and stress free with the DUC. Thank you so much for changing my life and helping me get my residence in Australia! I can't wait to get there and will definitely be using other services if I need them at any point!

Great experience throughout the application process. The team have been able to assist us with any enquiries and have supported us throughout the process. Doug and Jenny have been exceptional throughout our time with the DUC, constantly kept us updated throughout the process which is massively reassuring, especially when migration is an overwhelming journey, this was made to be very simple and next steps clearly outlined.

Jenny would reply to any queries we had in such a quick timeframe and always reassured us with the answers.

I believe we joined the best visa agents out there as we did have calls with other companies but felt that the DUC was a good fit for us and they have not disappointed at any stage. We have recently received our visa grant on 04/09/24 having only joined in Feb `23. The further services that the DUC offer we are looking to use due to a fantastic experience so far.

The Facebook group that has been created which may sound simple but this helps in so many ways as questions and answers may be posted for something similar to what you wish to know, recommendations from other members and seeing other people's visa journey offers a great insight into life down under.

They helped us to get a positive skills assessment and have a clear, easy to use portal so you know exactly what information is needed.

I can’t praise the Down Under team enough from start to finish Mars and Kimberley were great with everything from my initial enquiry to completing the assessment process.

And Vic is amazing at what she does, always in contact for what was needed for the EOI to applying for the visa. I can’t thank the team enough and to be able to say the whole process has taken just 9 months from the first enquiry to completing the trade assessment and then to the visa being granted (visa granted in 2 months was incredible!!). It was the best call Vic could make to me.

The Employment Hub has been an invaluable resource in my job search, particularly in securing a position with employer sponsorship. The platform is user-friendly, and the support from the team has been outstanding throughout the process. It’s encouraging to see that companies are still offering sponsorship, and I hope my experience will inspire others to pursue their goals through the Employment Hub. Highly recommended!

Myself and my partner used The Down Under Centre to try and obtain permanent residency to Australia, well yesterday we were approved!

We moved to Perth at the end of July 2024 and the DUC helped us a lot. From an initial call with Jenny, they also helped us find a home to rent in advance of our move. Also big thank you to Lesley at Fortuna FX who simplified the process of transferring our pounds to dollars.

Wow - what a company and what a culture it has!

I kid you not, DUC is the ONLY migration company to use if you’re moving down under. Wes has built a company where they put YOU first. You can just tell they all love what they do. They have an amazing team: Wes, Jenny, Brid are to name a few. They’ll be your best friends I assure you.

They’ll take your hand and hold it right through the entire process, which is what you need as it can get complicated with visas etc etc and you need people who are experts at it.

They have an amazing and engaging fb group along with a job portal and a home location hub to find you rentals!!!!
