We had an excellent, professional experience using the Down Under Centre. From our first video call, our agent Jenny, who was recommended to us by friends, made our options clear, and set out the application requirements in an extremely straight-forward way. Jenny was on hand at every stage of the process, via email.
At the important milestones, both when we were invited to apply for our 189 visa and when it was granted, Jenny contacted us by phone. It was very nice that she experienced the delight that we did at these times.

Thanks to their help, I was able to successfully complete my skills assessment and obtain my 190 NSW skilled visa which was granted in 7 weeks after police clearenaces and medicals, I couldn’t have done it without them.

The DUC have been fantastic from our first contact back in 2022 so having our PR visa granted in Feb 2026. They have always responded quickly and all staff are very knowledgeable on any aspects of the process. We would highly recommend anyone looking to make the move Down Under!

Initially I was told by another agent that I wouldn’t have been able to get my 189 skills visa but DUC made it happen for me. I had no idea on the process and what was required so that was when these guys come into play. Excellent from start to finish, proficient and positive throughout, they are the best at what they do. I visited Australia on holiday last year & came back with a dream to emigrate. I had been in contact with a potential employer but neither of us knew how the process of sponsoring would move on from our chat, so I contacted DUC once I was home & got the ball rolling. From the first call Cai put my mind at ease & said this would be a possibility if I had a company willing to sponsor me. From then on Cai spoke with my employer & instructed us on everything we needed paperwork wise. He worked miracles & was always easy to reach. From started the process in June with just a dream to getting my visa in January just 6 months later. I couldn’t have done it without his help so thank you & to the DUC. I have also signed up for the relocation agent to through DUC
